Version 2026-09-16 · Effective 16 September 2026
These terms form an agreement between J Gatis Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as TTAG AU (TTAG, we, us or our) and the person or organisation that creates, pays for or uses a TTAG account (Customer, you or your).
TTAG provides tools for electrical contractors and their authorised workers to manage clients, sites, asset registers, test-and-tag jobs, test records and reports. Features may include offline device storage, shared jobs, employee access controls, measurements, notes, optional proof-of-tag photos, upcoming-test reminders, report generation and backups.
TTAG is a record-keeping tool. It does not perform an electrical test, inspect an asset, choose a test method, determine competency, verify an instrument, interpret legislation or replace a tester’s professional judgement.
The contractor is the paying account holder. The person creating the account confirms that they are authorised to act for that contractor and provide the contractor details entered into TTAG.
The account owner controls administrator and tester access. Each user must use their own sign-in and must not share access. The Customer must promptly deactivate people who no longer require access and notify TTAG of suspected unauthorised use.
The Customer and each tester are responsible for:
Optional measurements and date suggestions do not determine an asset’s result automatically.
The Customer retains ownership of information entered into TTAG. The Customer gives us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit, back up and display that information to provide, secure and support TTAG.
The Customer confirms that it has a lawful basis and appropriate authority to provide personal, client, employee, site and asset information to TTAG. The Customer must not upload unlawful, malicious or irrelevant sensitive information.
Our handling of personal information is described in the TTAG Privacy Policy. TTAG uses third-party hosting, authentication, payment and email services, including services that process information overseas. We do not provide an Australian-only storage guarantee. The Privacy Policy explains the confirmed processing locations and the location and backup-retention details that remain unconfirmed. These disclosures do not waive our obligations under applicable law.
Photos must relate to the work and be uploaded with appropriate authority. They are optional and are not included in generated PDF reports.
When enabling reminders, the Customer is responsible for the recipient address, authority to contact that recipient and the selected interval. TTAG aims to send reminders two weeks before the calculated date for eligible completed jobs. Reminder delivery can be delayed or fail and does not confirm a booking or replace the Customer’s responsibility to track testing obligations. The latest job and its reminder settings may supersede an earlier reminder for the same site.
Users must not:
We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service, investigate misuse or comply with law.
TTAG may save work on a device while connection is unavailable and attempt to synchronise later. Users must keep the device copy intact until cloud saving is confirmed. Shared-job conflicts, revoked access or a job completed by another user may require administrator review. A final report should not be issued until TTAG shows that relevant work is cloud-synchronised.
Subscriptions cost A$29 per month or A$290 per year, paid in advance after any eligible trial. Prices are in Australian dollars. We are currently not registered for GST and do not charge GST.
An eligible new contractor account receives one calendar month free, with a valid payment card required. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically and the payment method is charged. The checkout shows the first payment date and amount. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.
You can cancel through Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the first subscription charge. When paid access ends, the account retains read-only access to existing records and PDF downloads, subject to the retention and account-security provisions below.
If payment fails, you have seven days to resolve it before new testing is restricted. Existing records and PDF downloads remain available in read-only mode.
We do not refund unused subscription time solely because you change your mind or cancel, including unused time on an annual plan. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by Australian Consumer Law.
We will give reasonable advance notice of price changes before a future renewal. Agreed complimentary access arrangements may apply to selected accounts.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet faults, third-party services, device limitations and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. We may improve, replace or retire features and will give reasonable notice where a material change significantly reduces paid functionality.
TTAG may maintain server-side recovery history and allow authorised users to download account backups and job reports. The Customer should download records needed for its own legal, client or business-continuity obligations. Recovery is subject to available backup history and technical feasibility.
We retain ownership of TTAG, including its software, design, branding and documentation. These terms grant the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TTAG during the applicable subscription for its internal business operations.
Feedback may be used to improve TTAG without restriction, provided we do not identify the person who supplied it without permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
TTAG is responsible for providing its service in accordance with applicable law. The Customer remains responsible for the electrical inspections and tests it performs and the accuracy of the information it enters. These responsibilities do not exclude our liability for our own breach of these terms, negligence or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you believe the service has failed to meet a consumer guarantee or another obligation, contact hello@t-tag.com.au with details so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law. No provision about refunds, availability, backups or tester responsibilities overrides this section.
The Customer may cancel in accordance with its plan. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use, after reasonable notice where appropriate. We may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.
Subscription cancellation does not itself delete your records. Our current policy is to retain job and asset records without a fixed expiry period to support continued read-only access and PDF downloads. This is not a guarantee of permanent storage. If we change this arrangement, we will give reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export records. Requests to close an account and delete information are handled manually through hello@t-tag.com.au under the Privacy Policy. We verify the requester’s authority, explain export options and consequences, and obtain explicit confirmation before irreversible removal. Cancellation through Manage Subscription remains available while a deletion request is being reviewed. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security or legal reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. The Customer may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a business restructure or sale while preserving the Customer’s rights.
